Cats can be bosses too, meow!  Meet “Tama,” the feline stationmaster and icon of Kishi Station in Japan  . On the Kishigawa Line in the Kansai region of Japan, there’s a special train themed entirely around cats! This adorable theme originates from Tama, a chubby little cat who was officially appointed as the stationmaster in 2007. Her presence brought so many tourists to the station. Although Tama passed away in 2015, Kishi Station still honors her with a shrine where visitors can pay their respects. There’s also a souvenir shop and a cat-themed café dedicated to Tama  .
